UK DELIVERY

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using 1st Class delivery. Delivery amounts vary depending on the item(s) and weight of you order, and will be shown at checkout.

We aim to process and ship your order between 2 to 3 days from purchase. If you need a faster delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Packages are not insured unless you request insurance at the time of purchase or straight after.

There is free UK delivery on all orders over £10.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver to Europe and all over the World. Delivery rates will vary depending on the item(s), weight and destination, and will be shown at checkout.

All International orders are shipped via Standard International Delivery.

Orders go out 2 to 3 days from purchase and while delivery varies from country to country, delivery is usually between 4-8 days to arrive. Please allow up to 2 weeks from your shipping date confirmation before contacting Duke and Rabbit if you haven't received your order and we will look into this.

Some orders can incur custom fees in some countries. These are the responsibility of the customer and may alter the time taken to arrive to you.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, our policy lasts 30 days from your purchase. If 30 days have gone after your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any unused and unwanted item(s) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus the shipping costs) and must be returned in their original condition.

Any item(s) that have been used, opened or are in the sale cannot be refunded. 

If you wish to return an item(s), please contact us first on hello@dukeandrabbit.co.uk with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.
